宜昌滨江超高层住宅濒临长江，在规划布局上，既考虑北向的日照影响又将景观最大化，所以布局成两排建筑。在高度上错落布置，建筑高度基本在100米到140米之间。让每户都能看到江景。在建筑外立面上，为塑造地标性的建筑形象，采用了公建化的建筑外立面，采用玻璃和金属作为主要的建筑材料，更显简洁、大气、端庄的地标形象。
